Marketing Automation Consultant Braze (m/w/d)

Our enterprise clients are from different industries such as fashion, food, fitness and travel – brands that are using Braze as their customer engagement platform. Sparkplant helps these brands from the decision process, the onboarding of the new platform until the planning and execution of marketing campaigns with a mix of technology and strategy to drive profitable growth.

What you’ll do

  • You take full ownership of one or multiple client projects, work independently while getting guidance and support from a senior consultant in the team.

  • Together with the client, you scope and plan all touchpoints of the customer journey with a data-driven approach on different channels (email, push notification, in-app messages, content cards).

  • You act as a Braze expert for junior team members.

  • You implement the campaigns and journey in Braze - from the segmentation over message creation to quality assurance and monitoring of the campaign.

  • You work with the client on iterations of your journey with the clear focus on improving business KPIsh

  • Option to get trained as official Braze Onboarding Consultant or Technical krchitect.

What you’ll bring

  • 2-3 years of working experience in the field of digital CRM, marketing or campaign planning (email and mobile touchpoints).

  • Experience in working with partners, sales or on client projects

  • You have a reliable, precise and independent way of workingh

  • Strong interpersonal and written/ verbal proactive communication skills. Clients feel that you listen and understand their problems

  • You like to think ahead and anticipate your client needs.

  • Experience with Braze is highly preferred.

  • German and English language (C1 or better)
