Our enterprise clients come from industries such as fashion, food, fitness and travel: brands that use Braze as their customer engagement platform. sparkplant supports them from the decision process and onboarding onto the new platform through to planning and running marketing campaigns, combining technology and strategy for profitable growth.
- You take full ownership of one or more client projects and work independently, with guidance and support from a senior consultant on the team.
- Together with the client, you plan all touchpoints of the customer journey across channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages, content cards) based on data.
- You are the go-to person for Braze questions in the junior team.
- You build campaigns and journeys in Braze, from segmentation and message creation to quality assurance and monitoring.
- You iterate on your journeys with the client, with a clear focus on improving business KPIs.
- Option to train as an official Braze Onboarding Consultant or Technical Architect.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital CRM, marketing or campaign planning (email and mobile touchpoints).
- Experience working with partners, in sales or in client projects.
- A reliable, precise and independent way of working.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clients feel that you listen and understand their challenges.
- You like to think ahead and anticipate your clients’ needs.
- Experience with Braze is a big plus.
- German and English (C1 or better).
- Remote work from anywhere in Germany, with the option to work from anywhere in Europe for up to 60 days a year.
- Professional development through coaching, training and Braze certifications level 1–4.

- You act as project manager, plan the project with milestones and activities, and meet your clients regularly to track progress.
- Projects range from supporting the decision process for Braze and onboarding onto the new platform to advising on marketing and campaign strategy.
- You guide one or more junior team members on the project and develop their Braze know-how and other skills.
- You will be trained as an official Braze Onboarding Consultant or Technical Architect. If you already have the certification, even better.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or project management.
- Experience working with partners, in sales or in client projects.
- A pragmatic, hands-on and results-oriented way of working.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clients feel that you listen and understand their challenges.
- Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Braze is a big plus.

- You design Braze architecture for clients: data model, integrations, interfaces and data flows between Braze and the rest of the tech stack.
- You implement integrations and migrations, such as SDK setup, APIs, data warehouse and CDP connections.
- You advise clients on BrazeAI and set up Agent Console, Content Optimizer and Decisioning Studio properly, from data context to quality assurance.
- You are the technical contact for your clients’ engineering and data teams and translate between tech and marketing.
- You support the team with technical questions, solve issues in day-to-day operations and develop our best practices.
- You will be trained as an official Braze Technical Architect. If you already have the certification, even better.
- Several years of experience as a solution architect, integration engineer or in a comparable technical role, ideally in martech.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and SQL; JavaScript and experience with mobile SDKs are a plus.
- Experience with data architectures such as CDP, data warehouse or event streaming.
- Interest in AI agents and generative AI in marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clients feel that you listen and understand their challenges.
- Experience with Braze is a big plus.
